U.S. House Stats is available online by subscription only. There is no hardware or software to purchase or install.
State Associations with less than twenty-five (25) reporting stations (local boards and/or MLSs) can purchase U.S. House Stats for $187.50 per month.
When the number of reporting stations exceeds twenty-five (25), fee for service is $7.50 per month per reporting station. (e.g. 30 reporting stations at $7.50 per station = $225/month)
